Two complementary modules
MOVESMART: MINDSET
Applied psychology and behaviour-change techniques that strengthen attention, decision-making, awareness and personal agency.
MOVESMART: MOVEIT
A modern, functional programme that trains balance, strength, agility, proprioception and real-world movement skills.
You can take either module independently — or combine them for maximum impact.

‘Nigel has presented each session clearly and succinctly. He has stretched our minds and focus in respect of techniques to support our well being and core balance. He listens carefully to our recollection of experiences that have impacted on us, or people we know, in respect of falling. We have useful discussions on different aspects of preparing for an outing; shopping, medical appointment, train journey. We recognise the different needs and capabilities of others. We also need to recognise the hazards presented because of the actions of others which can impact on us i.e car drivers, mobile phone users, adults on scooters. Looking at legacy habits has been very useful. In our heads we’re still capable of tackling everything, sadly reality tells us otherwise. An informative and practical course.
