MOVESMART: MIND focuses on the cognitive skills that underpin safe movement. This isn’t therapy or theory—it’s practical psychology for daily life.
You’ll learn how to:

This module is ideal for adults who feel unsteady due to anxiety, past falls, or high-risk settings. It suits both independent learners and group participants looking for useful mental tools.

MOVESMART: MOTION Programme
MOVESMART: MOTION is our physical training arm. It helps you rebuild strength, improve balance, and move confidently through real-world spaces.
The programme uses functional training—practical movements designed to match real-life activities. Forget boring or repetitive exercises; this is movement with purpose.
You will build:
- Dynamic balance and reactive stability
- Strength in hips, legs, ankles and feet
- Flexibility and agility for everyday tasks
- Coordination, foot dexterity and postural control
- Confidence to move across uneven surfaces, stairs, and public areas
